PARTIES TO THE COUNCIL

Section 27 of the Labour Relations Act (1995) enables the employers and the employees in an industry to formalize their associations into either the Employers Organisation or, a Trade Union for the ‘workers’. These associations have a constitution and an elected committee which is empowered to campaign for the rights and interests of the members.

The parties to the Hairdressing & Cosmetology Bargaining Council (KwaZulu-Natal) are:
